For security reasons, we are unable to send your password via email.

    Once you have placed an order, we will provide you with a confirmation number and you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order is being processed.

    If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us.

    As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number. Track your order by clicking the link found in the confirmation email.

    Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your shipment confirmation email after placing your order.

    If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you! After your order has been prepared for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.


    Here's how it works: You place an order online, then we process it. Your package will ship out from our warehouse in 1 business day. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 1-7 business days. Please visit our Shipping Page to learn more.

    Please note our warehouse is closed over the weekend and on holidays, so orders placed on these days will be shipped the following business day.

    We ship all orders via FedEx unless otherwise specified.

    All of our orders are processed in and ship from Omaha, Nebraska.

    All items purchased from the Prime Society Online Store can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, except for sale priced and final sale items. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. Click here to visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.


    All of our products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

    If any manufacturing defects should appear during the time frame of the warranty, the product will be repaired, or if necessary, replaced at no extra cost. In order to benefit from this warranty, you will be required to provide proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage resulting from accident, negligence, or improper handling. Please note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.
