    Orders

    Account registration is not necessary for shopping and placing orders, but it does come with many benefits. With a Prime Society account, you can:

    ● Store your address and payment preferences to speed up the checkout process
    ● Manage your personal details and save your preferred settings

    If you have forgotten your password, please click on the account tab and select "Forgot your Password?". You will receive an automated email to the address you have used for creating your account, including a link that will allow you to create your new password. For security reasons, we are unable to send your password via email.

    Once you have placed an order, we will provide you with a confirmation number and you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm that your order is being processed.

    If you do not receive your order confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us.

    As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number. Track your order by clicking the link found in the confirmation email.

    Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your shipment confirmation email after placing your order.

    If you need to update or cancel your order, please email us at support@prime-society.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you! After your order has been prepared for shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.

    Shipping

    Here's how it works: You place an order online, then we process it. Your package will ship out from our warehouse in 1 business day. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 1-7 business days. Please visit our Shipping Page to learn more.

    Please note our warehouse is closed over the weekend and on holidays, so orders placed on these days will be shipped the following business day.

    We ship all orders via FedEx unless otherwise specified.

    All of our orders are processed in and ship from Omaha, Nebraska.

    Sorry, we don't. Because we ship with FedEx, we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.

    Returns

    All items purchased from the Prime Society Online Store can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, except for sale priced and final sale items. The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in. Click here to visit our Returns & Exchanges page.

    All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.

    Warranty

    All of our products carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

    If any manufacturing defects should appear during the time frame of the warranty, the product will be repaired, or if necessary, replaced at no extra cost. In order to benefit from this warranty, you will be required to provide proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage resulting from accident, negligence, or improper handling. Please note that the customer is responsible for any costs associated with shipping the defective product to us for repair or replacement.

    Please send your warranty request to repairs@prime-society.com. Be sure to include your order number and photographs of the defect. All warranty claims are dealt with as promptly as possible.

    We do offer a repair service for products outside of their warranty, for a fee. Please contact our repairs team by email at repairs@prime-society.com. Our repairs team will be in touch within 1-2 business days to make arrangements.

    Payment

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

    Your credit card will immediately be charged upon purchase.

    Wholesale

    For all wholesale inquires, please contact our Client Service team by filling out this form. Please indicate the name, location, and website URL of your store and someone will get back to you shortly.

    Other

    Please fill out our contact form and someone in the press department will get back to you as soon as we can.

    The Prime Society online store is operated directly by the brand and is the official online distributor for Prime Society products. All of the items you purchase here are guaranteed 100% authentic. Items purchased from other websites or unauthorized dealers cannot be verified.
