    Returns & Exchanges

    Returns

    Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, with the exception of final sale items. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We issue refunds to the original payment method. 

    In order to initiate a return, please either:

    1. Email our client services team at support@prime-society.com and please be sure to include your order number.

    2. Fill out our contact form. Select Returns as your subject line and please be sure to include your order number. 

    Customers are responsible for paying all shipping expenses related to the return/exchange of Prime Society items. Exceptions may be made if the reason for the return is a mistake on our behalf. We suggest using a service that provides tracking, as Prime Society is not liable for lost shipments. Please note that it may take up to one billing cycle for your credit to appear on your account. 
     

    Refunds

    Once our warehouse has received and processed your return, you will receive a notification by email. The refund will be processed to the debit or credit card originally used for payment. Refunds may take up to one billing cycle to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

    Please note that if you have received a gift and would like to return it for a refund, the person who originally purchased the gift will receive the refund. 
     

    Exchanges

Select Exchange as your subject line and be sure to include your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the item you would like to exchange it for. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
